With contentment and peace being the goal on everybody's minds, a survey commissioned by deodorant brand Sure, questioned around 2,000 men and women to reveal the top 10 life ambitions for both sexes, and at what period of their lives are they most contented.The researchers found that both sexes place a lot of value on money and 'making it big' is one of their life goals. Men preferred to travel the world before they settled down in a lifetime relationship, and women said that marriage was only third on their list of ambitions.
Close to 40 is the age by which time both men and women have achieved whatever they set out to, and this is perhaps the time when they are their contented best. 
Brits considered 37 as the happiest time of their lives, having achieved their goals of career, family and having a decent bank balance. 
Both men and women gave marriage the third priority on their list of life goals, after achieving their career ambitions, traveling and even living abroad for a few years. 
The research also pointed out to the less patient side of women and their ambitious streak stopping at nothing less than achieving their dreams. For most women, a good career, financial security and having their own home were the most important life goals.
