Nixon Biotech Private Limited, a herbal company based in Punjab, has claimed to have found a medicine exclusive made of herbs to cure Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) and Acquired Immune-Deficiency Syndrome (AIDS).The herbal medicine, which is also tested by the WHO (World Health Organisation) is a combination of minerals, antioxidants and herbs optimized to provide body with essential nutrients required for improving the body's general condition and weakness, by strengthening the immunity system of the patients. Kanvir Goel, a doctor, said that the medicine holds promise as it is purely herbal, and neutralizes the virus without any toxic effect on the body.
