The National campaign on Yoga & Naturopathy for holistic health has been launched from today in Manipur along with a formal function at CC Higher Secondary School here.
The inaugural function of the campaign was attended by Lok Sabha MP Dr T Meinya, MLA of Kakching A/C Y Surchandra Singh, former MLA M Manihar Singh, AYUSH officer of the Government of Manipur Dr M Shyamjai Singh and Dr SK Kejariwal, who is a professor in JNU, New Delhi and also the vice president of International Naturopathy Organisation, New Delhi were among the dignitaries who attended the function.
The campaign is being launched by the Central Council for Research in Yoga and Naturopathy (CCRYN), New Delhi (Depart of AYUSH, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India) in collaboration with Department of Education (S), Government of Manipur and in association with Anandasingh Yoga & Nature Cure Research Hospital, Kakching; The Yoga Physique Institute and Studies, Manipur (HO Sagolband Tera) and Indian Naturopathy & Yoga Medical Graduate Association, NE Branch, Manipur.
